There is always a minor color difference between the proof and the final product since the colors you see on your device's screen uses RGB colors (red, green, blue) and we use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) for printing. The combination of RGB light creates white, while the combination of CMYK inks creates black. The final product always appears just a little bit darker than the proof due to the reason mentioned above.
All errors and complaints are subject to investigation. You just need to send us photos of the final product and the error details for investigation purposes. If deemed production error, a remake without extra cost or a refund will be processed.
